Mr. Lin Wujiang Attended the Sixth Forum of the Supervisory Committee of the Lawyers Association (National) in Dalian

Recently, assigned by Beijing Lawyers Association, Lin Wujiang, Director of Nuoheng, attended the Sixth Forum of the Supervisory Committee of the Lawyers Association (National) in Dalian with Zhang Weihua, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association, and supervisors Zuo Zengxin, Tian Yanguang, Liu Xiaoyu, Xu Lanting and Chai Zhiwei.

Under the theme of "Development and Innovation of Supervisory Committee in the Context of Strengthening the Construction of Lawyers Associations", the forum set up three sub-forums, namely, "Procedures and Methods of Financial Supervision of Supervisory Committee", "Development and Innovation of Supervisory Committee's Institutional Setting and System Construction" and "How the Supervisory Committee to Evaluate the Performance of Supervisory Subjects". Relevant leaders from Liaoning Provincial Lawyers Association, Dalian Municipal Bureau of Justice, Dalian Municipal Lawyers Association and other organizations participated in the opening ceremony of the forum on invitation and delivered speeches, and representatives from 8 initiating units and 10 member units delivered keynote speeches. Participants conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the working mode and innovation of the supervisory committee of lawyers' associations in carrying out supervision, the working organization of the supervisory committee, the ways and means of assessing the performance of the elected personnel of the associations, and how to improve the supervision mechanism of lawyers' associations to further play the function of the supervisory committee. The closing ceremony of the forum also set up a special awarding session to present special contribution awards to those who have made outstanding contributions to the development of the forum and the construction of the system of supervisory committees of attorneys' associations. Zhang Weihua, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association, and Zhao Xiaolu, the former chairman, were awarded with the award.
