Mr. Lin Wujiang Attended the "Belt and Road" Legal Forum in Hong Kong

      Recently, Mr. Lin Wujiang, Director of Nuoheng, assigned by Beijing Lawyers Association, attended the "Belt and Road" Legal Forum in Hong Kong with Mr. Zhang Zheng, the Vice President of Nuoheng. Forty-one lawyers' organizations and more than 600 legal and financial practitioners along the Belt and Road gathered at the event. Under the theme of "Building a Smart Belt and Road: Law and Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Cloud", the forum is divided into three sections, namely Law and Artificial Intelligence, Law and Blockchain and Law and Cloud, focusing on the issues like "Ethical Issues of Artificial Intelligence", "Automated Chatbots and Legal Professionals", "Driverless Cars, Social Media and Online Sales", "The Future of Cross-Border Trade: Fintech and Smart Contracts", "Dialogue with Regulators: Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), Data Access Objects (DAO), Initial Token Offerings (ICO)", "Real Estate Technology, Asset Conversion Management and the Fund Industry", "The Rise of the Cloud and Machine Learning Laws and Regulations", "Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing", "Successful Cases of Technology Investments", and "Breakthroughs through Initial Token Offerings and New Technologies".
