Nuoheng Convenes Inaugural Strategic Planning Meeting for 2025

On February 13, 2025, Nuoheng Law Firm held its first annual strategic planning meeting of 2025, with full attendance of the firm’s operations team.

The meeting, chaired by Director Lin Wujiang, reviewed achievements of 2024 and charted strategic priorities for the new year. Mr. Lin delivered a comprehensive review of Nuoheng's 2024 performance across several key areas: team development, business growth, branding, administrative services, professional training, and organizational scaling.

He then laid out a seven-point blueprint for 2025: strengthen brand positioning; accelerate scaling initiatives with refined practice specialization; optimize internal collaboration mechanisms for sustainable growth; recruit multi-disciplinary talents and partners to enhance competitiveness; host premium brand events to expand client acquisition channels; integrate technology to empower legal service delivery. He called on all Nuoheng members to remain true to our founding mission while embracing bold innovation, and push boundaries with exacting professional standards, thereby contributing collectively to Nuoheng's glorious journey toward scaled excellence and industry leadership.
