Work experience:

From May 2006 to October 2012, he worked in the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office as an examiner, mainly responsible for patent examination in the field of communications, and examined more than 500 patents. In 2011, he was transferred to the Policy Research Division of the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China, where he was mainly responsible for drafting documents, conducting surveys and researches, as well as coordinating the management of intellectual property soft science projects.

From November 2012 to February 2016, he joined LEXFIELD as a partner and practicing attorney, responsible for patent practice in the field of electricity and communications, serving clients including Sony, Epson, Samsung, WellGlobal Electronics, Ideal Industries, AlCOA, Thyssen Krupp, Tencent, Midea, etc. During this time, he also served as a member of the Rules and Regulations Committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, an expert mediator of the Chaowai People's Mediation Committee, and was recognized as an outstanding Communist Party member of the Beijing Lawyer Profession for two consecutive years.

From March 2016 to August 2018, he worked as a senior intellectual property counsel for Midea Group, mainly responsible for handling major intellectual property infringement litigation, invalidation and authorization litigation cases, technical cooperation negotiations, patent layout of major projects, as well as cases in the field of trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competition. During the period, he participated in a series of major cases of patent/trademark disputes between Midea and Gree, Oxy, TCL, etc. as the main attorney-in-fact.

From September 2018 to May 2023, he worked for Jiaquan IP Law Firm and a well-known law firm in Beijing, serving as branch manager and partner, with practice areas covering intellectual property rights, unfair competition and dispute resolution. During this period, he represented Xiamen Meiyou Co., Ltd. against State Intellectual Property Office administrative litigation on the invalidation of the "Dayima" trademark, which was selected as one of the 50 Typical Cases of the Supreme People's Court in the year of 2019, and was mentioned in the white paper "The Status of Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Chinese Courts (2019)".
