Mr. Liang Weisen won the Second Prize of the Legal Paper Program in the 1st Young Lawyers' Practice Skills Contest in Chaoyang District

  In order to commemorate the 104th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, inherit the spirit of May Fourth, enhance the sense of professional mission of the lawyer team, and improve the sense of identity of young lawyers in the profession, on May 4, 2023, the 1st Young Lawyers' Practice Skills Contest and the 9th Robe Awarding Ceremony of Chaoyang District, Beijing was successfully held, which was jointly initiated by the Party Committee of the Lawyers' Profession of Chaoyang District and the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association. The theme of the event was "Young Lawyers Embrace the New Era of Law".

This year's Practice Skills Contest is divided into two programs: Legal Paper and Case Presentation. The prizes set up include the Single Prize and the Comprehensive Prize, with each of the two subjects worth 100 points, which will be evaluated by a panel of judges. The top 20 players in a single subject will be awarded the Single Prize; the top 20 players registered with the total score of the two subjects will be awarded the Overall Prize.

Liang Weisen, an attorney of Nuoheng, won the second prize in the Legal Paper Project of the Practice Skills Competition for his paper Gathering the Power of Aspiring Youths and Building the Dream of Digital Rule of Law - Young Attorneys' Mission and Commitment in the Construction of Digital Rule of Law.
