Mr. Lin Wujiang Was Elected as Vice President of the 4th Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association

On January 6, 2023, the Fourth General Assembly of Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association convened the first meeting of the Committee of Directors and the Committee of Supervisors. Guo Wei, Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice and Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Lawyer Profession, Bao Jian, Standing Committee of Chaoyang District Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of Chaoyang District Party Committee, Yang Beibei, Vice Mayor of Chaoyang District, and Gao Zicheng, President of the All China Lawyers Association and President of Beijing Lawyer Association, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Ni Dongxin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Chaoyang District Bureau of Justice, and Cao Hong, Deputy Director of Chaoyang District Judicial Bureau and Secretary of the Party Committee of Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, attended as a nonvoting delegate to the council and the supervisory committee.

The General Assembly elected a new leadership of Chaoyang District Lawyer Association, and Lin Wujiang, Director of Nuoheng, was elected Vice President of the 4th Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association.

At the meeting, Gao Zicheng expressed his hope that the new leadership team can base itself on the new development stage, help promote the new development pattern, and conscientiously fulfill its duties and missions according to the goals and tasks of the 20th Congress to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of work, taking into account the overall political situation, business improvement, responsibility and practical work and conscience.

Guo Wei fully affirmed the work of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association in his speech. He emphasized that we should adhere to the leadership of party building, continuously improve the level of party building work in the industry, and transform the advantages of party building work into a powerful force to lead and promote the development of the cause of lawyers; we should adhere to the service to the overall situation, and continuously promote the high-quality development of the industry, in order to enhance the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of the lawyers' industry in Chaoyang; we should adhere to the supremacy of the people, and continuously improve the level of the lawyers' team, and serve the great practice of the rule of law by law; we should adhere to the optimization of services, and continuously promote the construction of "lawyers' home", and effectively improve the service capacity and work level of the lawyers association.

Bao Jian expressed his warm congratulations on the successful completion of the general election and the election of the new leadership. He pointed out that, over the past four years, the 3rd Chaoyang District Lawyers Association has focused on giving full play to its characteristics and advantages in political quality, professional quality and responsibility, and has played an important role in serving the major development strategies of the country and the region, promoting social justice, improving people's livelihoods and maintaining social harmony and stability. He emphasized that to do a good job of Chaoyang District lawyers, we need to strengthen the Party building, give full play to the leading role of party building, strengthen our positioning of people's lawyers, and enhance the Party's political leadership. We should strengthen the construction of business, accurately grasp the new requirements of the Party's 20th National Congress for lawyers, effectively improve the overall level of service, accurately exert efforts to serve the overall situation and regional economic development, strengthen the construction of foreign-related legal services, and enhance the driving force of the construction of the rule of law. We should strengthen the construction of the Association, give full play to the role of the Association as a bridge between the party and the government and the majority of lawyers, take the initiative to adapt to the new situation and task requirements, continue to build the brand of "Chaoyang Lawyers", establish the authority and credibility of industry management, and enhance the cohesion of the lawyer community.
