 On December 20, 2019, Pu Zengfang, Head of Discipline Inspection Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and State Supervision Commission in the Ministry of Justice and Member of the Party Leadership Group, and his delegation visited Nuoheng for investigation and research. Mr. Lin Wujiang, Director of Nuoheng, reported on the establishment and development of Nuoheng, as well as daily management and business risk prevention and control. Mr. Liu Jinhui, Secretary of the Party Branch of Nuoheng, reported on the Party building and public welfare activities of the Firm. After listening to the report, Pu Zengfan pointed out that lawyers are essentially workers building socialist rule of law, so we should support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and socialist rule of law. Law firms should not only focus on organization development, but also strictly control the business risks, especially to determine the principles and positions on some sensitive issues.
