Legal Opinion on Major Matters of Private Equity Funds Issued by Nuoheng Was Passed

Recently, according to the relevant provisions of the Announcement on Further Standardizing Certain Matters of Registration of Private Equity Fund Managers issued by the Asset Management Association of China, Nuoheng provided special legal services in relation to the change of significant matters of Dahe Huizhi Investment Management Co., Ltd. and issued a legal opinion for the company. At present, the legal opinion has been approved by the Asset Management Association of China. The attorneys who undertook the project are Tao Tao (partner) and Zhan Xingtao.
