Appointment of Attorney Lin Wujiang the Director as Arbitrator by the Beijing Arbitration Commission
The Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC, hereinafter referred to as "BAC") is a permanent arbitration institution established on September 28, 1995, in accordance with the Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China. Since its establishment, BAC has upheld the values of "independence, impartiality, professionalism, efficiency, and excellence," striving to provide high-quality dispute resolution services for both domestic and international parties. It has quickly grown to become a leading arbitration institution in China with significant standing and influence internationally. In the 2023 National Third Arbitration Credibility Assessment, BAC was selected by arbitrators as the "Most Desired Arbitration Institution."
On the afternoon of May 25, the 8th Arbitrator Appointment Conference of BAC was successfully held at Beijing CP Center. The conference was attended by Cui Yang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, Zhang Guoqiang, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, Guo Wei, Director of BAC, Wang Liming, Deputy Director, Liu Yanling, Deputy Director, committee members Li Yueping, Yi Jiming, Chen Jie, Jin Hui, Shi Hong, Wang Guiguo, supervisors Zhang Zheng and Peng Yuan, over 600 arbitrators, and all BAC staff. The conference was chaired by Jiang Lili, BAC committee member and Secretary-General. Attorney Lin Wujiang, Director of NuoHeng Law Firm, attended the conference and received his appointment certificate as an arbitrator.
This appointment fully reflects BAC's recognition and endorsement of Attorney Lin Wujiang's professional ethics, expertise, and arbitration capabilities.
In the future, Attorney Lin Wujiang will uphold BAC's case handling principles, adhere to the professional ethics of arbitrators, and follow the values of "independence, impartiality, professionalism, efficiency, and excellence."
