Nuoheng Joint Party Branch Committee Held the Thematic Activity "Learning from the Role Models (Season 7)"

         In order to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, on the evening of March 25, the Joint Party Branch Committee of Nuoheng held the thematic activity of the Party day activity "Learning from the Role Models (Season 7)" (hereinafter referred to as "Role Models 7"). Role Models 7 vividly demonstrates the role model image of the contemporary CPC members who are firm in faith, brave in taking responsibility, innovative and dedicated, and serve the people through the typical deeds of Wang Yaping, Wang Chuanxi, Ai Aiguo, Zhang Yugun, Wu Dajing, Lin Zhanyi, Meng Kunyu and Lu Shengmei.

  The deeds of each of these eight Party members illustrate the firm ideals and beliefs, which fully embodies the initial intention and mission of the CPC members for the happiness of China people and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Their deeds are touching, and I see ordinary and great personalities from them, which are warm, inspiring and thought-provoking.  

   As an ordinary party member, I should follow the example in thought and spiritual realm. In my daily work, I should always keep the people in mind, solve problems for the people with my own knowledge and professional advantages, continue to implement the purpose of serving the people, and truly play the vanguard and exemplary role of the CPC member.

   The lofty spirit and historical responsibility of the role models serving the people will always inspire us to move forward!

 Great times call for great spirit, and lofty undertakings need to be guided by exemplars.

  After watching the stories of eight Party representatives of the 20th National Congress, including astronaut Wang Yaping, agricultural expert Lin Zhanshi, doctor Lu Shengmei, welding craftsman Ai Aiguo, and village clerk Wang Chuanxi in the Role Models 7, I deeply felt the infinite power brought by role models. I am proud that our Party has these advanced forces from all walks of life! Every role model is a banner, which inspires me as an ordinary Party member. They are all my role models, and I will learn from each of them. Among them, a passage by Lu Shengmei, an old doctor rooted in Jiaxian County, Shaanxi Province, impressed me the most. He said, "As a doctor who relieves patients' pains, retirement has nothing to do with me. As a Party member who works for the Party, retirement has nothing to do with me, also. " Dr. Lu's deeds moved me, and his words touched my soul. Connecting with my work practice, although there are different social divisions of labor, the lawyer's work is also to serve the people and the Party's rule of law. I deeply feel that there is no retirement as a lawyer to solve problems for clients, and the same is true as a Party member to work for the Party's rule of law. Even under such difficult conditions in Jiaxian County, Dr. Lu is determined to serve the people of Jiaxian County for fifty years. And I am in Beijing, a city with such a good environment. Why not aspire to serve the people of Beijing for 50 years?

  I should learn from the example, overcome the thought of slacking off because of my age. I should continue to forge ahead courageously in the new journey, continue to do my job well with my professional knowledge and experience, play the advanced role as a Party member, and serve the parties and the people of Beijing for 50 years!

 The typical deeds of the eight representatives of Party members, including Wang Yaping, Wu Dajing and Meng Kunyu, vividly show the noble qualities and spiritual demeanor of the CPC member, such as their firm belief, practical purpose, hard work and dedication, honesty and dedication, which highlights the role of grassroots Party organizations as fighting bastions and the vanguard and exemplary role of the CPC members.

  A Party member is a banner. As a grass-roots CPC member, I should learn from their spirit of perseverance, courage and dedication. I believe that as long as we uphold this spirit, we will be able to solve new problems one by one, overcome many difficulties on the road ahead, and realize the sublimation of life value in self-pursuit.

In the Role Models, the outstanding party members practice their lifelong pledge to fight for the cause of the Party and the people with their practical actions, and their ideals and beliefs are rock-solid. To carry forward the spirit of example, it is necessary to strengthen the communist ideals and beliefs, adhere to the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, firmly establish the "Four Consciousnesses", consciously safeguard the Party's authority, learn from outstanding Party members, and keep up with the role models. We should stay true to our original aspiration and forge ahead. As a Party member, I will learn from and pay tribute to the role models as a communist Party member with faith, commitment and affection.

The eight outstanding Party members who struggled in different posts in China interpreted the power of role models with their practical actions and perseverance. It is the efforts of these role models that have pushed forward the progress of society and the development and stability of the country, and given people warmth and strength.

  I was particularly impressed by the stories of two role models. Ai Aiguo rooted in welding technology and constantly overcame difficulties. What supports him to stand at the cutting edge of the industry for decades is his attitude and spirit of continuous learning and research. His experience and story tells us that learning is a lifelong matter, and only by learning can we keep up with the times. Zhang Yugun, who devoted himself to rural education for decades, gave up a better life and work and even lost his loved ones, but he gave hope to generations of teenagers through decades of rural education.

  As an ordinary party member, we should learn from these examples and make our own contributions.
