On July 24, 2023, Mr. Lin Wujiang, Secretary of Party Branch of Nuoheng, attended the Sixth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Plenary Meeting of the CPC Chaoyang District Committee of Beijing Municipality as a grassroots Party representative in Chaoyang District.

This plenary session conveyed the spirit of the city's half-year work conference, summarized the work in the first half of 2023, and studied and deployed tasks for the second half of 2023. The plenary session emphasized that the whole district should unite more closely around the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, live up to our mission under the strong leadership of the Municipal Party Committee, while moving forward with determination and striving to write a chapter of Chinese-style modernization in Chaoyang, in order to make new and greater contributions to promoting the development of Beijing in the new era. Wen Xian, Secretary of the District Party Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.

At the meeting, he made a work report to the plenary session on behalf of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee. It accelerates the restoration of the vitality of economic and social development, speeds up the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure, and accelerates the integration of urban and rural development. We should actively cultivate industrial clusters with market value reaching RMB 100 billion, and enhance the stamina and potential of sustainable economic development in Chaoyang. We should do a good job in visiting enterprises, firmly adhere to the idea that "everyone is a business environment", consider the demands of enterprises, economic growth and other factors as a whole, and fully implement the service items; strengthen cooperation with central units in Beijing, guide central government-owned enterprises to transform innovation achievements on the spot, increase investment layout, and realize cooperation and joint development between the central and local governments.
